Refund Policy

At Enforg, we take pride in delivering high-quality design and development services. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with their experience. However, due to the nature of digital services, we offer limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Not Started: If the project has not been started or no work has been delivered, you may request a full refund within 3 days of placing the order.

  • Delayed Delivery: If the project is delayed significantly beyond the agreed deadline without valid reasons or communication from our side, partial or full refunds may be offered based on the situation.

  • Unsatisfactory Work (Before Final Approval): If the delivered work does not meet the agreed project scope or quality standards, and we are unable to revise it to your satisfaction after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be provided depending on the progress of the work.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After the final design or website has been delivered and approved.

  • If you change your mind after significant work has been done or delivered.

  • If project delays occur due to incomplete information, unresponsive communication, or delays from your end.

  • For minor design preference issues that can be resolved through revisions.


3. Custom Projects & Installments

For large projects broken into phases or milestones:

  • Refunds are applicable only for the current or upcoming milestone, not for completed and approved phases.

  • If the contract specifies non-refundable upfront payments, this condition will be honored.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at enforgindia@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Project name or order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or communication records

We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.


5. Dispute Resolution

We believe in maintaining open communication and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If we are unable to come to a mutual agreement, we may refer the case to the platform it was ordered through (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) for resolution, if applicable.
